The integrated buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is mainly based on the A/O biochemical process, integrating processes such as biodegradation, sewage settling, oxidation disinfection, etc. for domestic sewage and industrial wastewater similar to domestic sewage. 3、 Scope of application of the equipment
1. Water treatment capacity: The standard type is 1.0-80.0 (m3/h), and if it exceeds 80.0 (m3/h), it needs to be designed separately.
2. Raw water concentration: BOD5: Standard type ≤ 250mg/L, reinforced type ≤ 400mg/L. If it exceeds 400mg/L, it needs to be designed separately.
3. The equipment is mainly suitable for domestic sewage and similar industrial waste water in residential areas, hotels, docks, airports, shopping malls, nursing homes, schools, factories, mines and other industries.

Process description of WSZ type equipment
The design of the equipment mainly focuses on the treatment of domestic wastewater and industrial organic wastewater. The main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology to contact the oxidation tank. The water quality design parameters are calculated based on a sewage inlet BOD5 of 250mg/L and an effluent BOD5 of 20mg/L. It consists of seven parts: ⑴ primary sedimentation tank; ⑵ Hypoxia pool; ⑶ Contact oxidation tank; ⑷ Secondary sedimentation tank; ⑸ Disinfection pool, disinfection device; ⑹ Sludge tank; ⑺ Composition of fan room.
⑴ Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank, and the upward flow velocity of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.3-0.4 mm/s. The settled sludge is lifted to the sludge tank. Equipment of SFW-5 type and below does not have a primary sedimentation tank.
⑵ Hypoxia tank: The anoxic tank is designed for denitrification treatment, and YDT type three-dimensional elastic packing is installed inside the tank as a carrier for denitrifying bacteria. The nitrate ammonia and nitrite oxygen in the nitration solution are reduced to nitrogen gas under the action of denitrifying bacteria to achieve denitrification. The effective retention time of the anoxic tank is 2.5-3.5 hours, and the dissolved oxygen is controlled at ≤ 0.5mg/L.
⑶ Contact oxidation tank: Sewage flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages, with a residence time of 8 hours. (The contact oxidation time of reinforced equipment can reach 8-12 hours) The filling material is a novel elastic filling material, which is easy to film and does not block. The gas water ratio of the contact oxidation tank is around 15:1.
⑷ Secondary sedimentation tank: The biochemical wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, which is a vertical flow sedimentation tank with a surface load of<1.0m3/m2. h, and the sludge discharge is lifted to the sludge tank.
⑸ Disinfection pool and disinfection device: The disinfection pool should be no less than 30 minutes according to the standard "TJ14-74". If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection pool can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours.
The disinfection method adopts the contact dissolution of solid chlorine tablets. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, achieving the goal of adding more water and more medicine, and adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection devices can be separately prepared if needed.

Installation, use, and maintenance of WSZ type equipment
There are two forms of equipment placement: first, above the floor; 2、 Below the floor.
The average pressure bearing capacity of the foundation is required to be greater than 5t/m2, and the foundation must be level. The equipment is installed under the floor, and the relative elevation between the foundation and the floor is the same as the height of the equipment. Once the equipment is in place and qualified, fill the sewage equipment with water to prevent groundwater from causing the equipment to float.
Before using the sewage treatment equipment, it is necessary to check whether the electrical appliances of the equipment system are normal and whether the fan oil meets the requirements until it is completely qualified.
A regular maintenance system must be established for sewage treatment equipment, and the fan cannot be reversed. The fan oil should be checked regularly, and the fan inlet should be cleaned regularly. The fan and water pump should be maintained every 5000 hours of operation.
